1.1. Arcvox provides AI-powered file optimization tools. By accessing this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

2. Data Retention Policy

2.1. Automatic Deletion: To protect your privacy, all uploaded and processed files are permanently deleted from our servers as follows:

Guest Users: After 1 hour from the time of processing.
Verified Registered Users: After 24 hours from the time of processing.

2.2. It is your responsibility to download your files within the specified timeframe. Arcvox does not provide long-term storage or file recovery services.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. Your Content: You retain all copyrights and ownership of the files you upload. We do not claim any rights to your work.

3.2. Service Property: All software, design, and AI algorithms remain the exclusive property of Arcvox.

4. Prohibited Content & Abuse

4.1. You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. This includes pornographic materials or content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.

4.2. We reserve the right to restrict access for users who bypass technical limits (rate limiting) or use unauthorized automated scripts.

5. Law Enforcement & Legal Requests

5.1. Arcvox reserves the right to disclose user information (including IP addresses, email, and access logs) to government or law enforcement officials if required by law, subpoena, or court order.

5.2. Such disclosure shall not be considered a breach of our Privacy Policy or these Terms.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1. Arcvox reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

6.2. Arcvox shall not be held liable for any damages, data loss, or dissatisfaction with the AI-generated results.

6.3. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
